We are cautiously optimistic about the summer ahead and we are looking forward to seeing many of you in the coming months. On June 1st, when we reopen, you will notice a lot has changed around your resorts. The health and safety of our Owners, guests and team members are our highest priority during this time and we continue to take precautions to protect you. Here are a few changes you will see when you visit this summer:
- In order to ensure proper social distancing, we are limiting the number of people in our lobbies and ask that only one person per reservation enter the lobby for check-in. We have installed protective barriers at the front desks and other appropriate locations throughout the resorts.
- In careful consideration of the health and safety of our Owners and guests, most of our amenities remain closed at this time. The sports courts are available for your use but please be advised that sports equipment will not be available for check-out.
- As always, your housekeeping and maintenance teams continue to work diligently to ensure your accommodations are clean and sanitized before you arrive. During your stay, no-contact towel exchanges and other limited services will be available, however mid-week cleaning services are unavailable at this time. You will also notice some high-touch items have been removed from the units including salt and pepper shakers, pens, and notepads.
- The ticket desk is also available to help you book your show and attraction tickets in advance! Let us help you choose your activities, book your shows and recommend delicious area restaurants.
